Application Checklist

Here is the checklist of items you will need to complete the application process:
  1. Complete the online Application for Admission
  2. Submit the non-refundable Application Fee of $70 per child
  3. Provide us with a copy of your child’s Psychoeducational Evaluation (if applicable)
  4. Set up an interview with the administration by calling the School Office at 954-927-5544. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis.
We look forward to scheduling an interview with you and your daughter once all paperwork, recommendations and records have been submitted.
