Biographical Info

Mrs. Naama Parnes is our Dean of Student Affairs, ensuring that our students are accomplishing their goals within the guidelines of the school.  Mrs. Parnes is also a member of the Middle and High School Judaic Studies faculty and teaches a wide variety of subjects. Prior to moving to South Florida, Mrs. Parnes taught in Temima High School for Girls in Atlanta. She received her teaching certification from Seminar Yerushalayim and has taken professional development courses in Holocaust Studies, Adolescent Development, and Multiple Intelligences. With more than 30 years of teaching experience both in the classroom and the community, it was no surprise when Mrs. Parnes was honored as Sha’arei Bina’s 2015 Teacher of the Year.
