Here is the checklist of items you will need to complete the application process:

Complete the Application for Admission

Submit the non-refundable Application Fee of $50 per child

Sign the Permission for Release of Student Records and give to your current school along with the General Studies and Judaic Studies Recommendation Forms

Provide us with a copy of your child’s Psychoeducational Evaluation (if applicable)

Set up an interview with the administration by calling the School Office at 954-927-5544. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis, Monday through Thursday through February.
