Here is the checklist of items you will need to complete the application process:

    Complete the Application for Admission (Deadline: January 18, 2017)

    Submit the non-refundable Application Fee of $50 per child
  • 3
    Sign the Permission for Release of Student Records and give to your current school along with the General Studies and Judaic Studies Recommendation Forms
  • 4
    Provide us with a copy of your child’s Psychoeducational Evaluation (if applicable)
  • 5
    Set up an interview with the administration by calling the School Office at 954-927-5544. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis, Monday through Thursday through February 17, 2017.
